I just wanted to share my recent experience with Courtesy Acura in Denver. We had a great experience at Courtesy Acura this week. We were interested in a new MDX to replace our current vehicle. I had originally visited the dealership to look at some new vehicles and met with Sean a were interested in a new MDX to replace our current vehicle. The first visit was very pleasant and Todd took the time to show me all of the current vehicles in their inventory and then we took one of them on a test drive. During the whole experience I never felt any salesperson pressure and Todd took all of the necessary steps to answer all of my questions. I left the dealership and I was never pressured into making a decision that day to purchase a vehicle. I was so impressed with the unwavering commitment to quality customer service, that I returned a week later to purchase a vehicle from Sean and Todd. I have purchased a lot of vehicles from other dealerships, and Courtesy Acura was hands down the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. My husband also purchased an Acura TL Type S a couple weeks before me and went to a smaller dealer and did not get the special treatment I did. I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service I received they have gained a customer for life. I noticed that one of the fuses was out inside the car, a couple of the lights were out in the AC cluster, I mentioned it to them and Jim made an appointment for me to come in and get it fixed. I have been able to communicate via email and Jim has been very prompt and responsive to getting all my questions taken care of. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. More
I took my car in for an oil change when the message light came on. I also needed and had performed the rear differential service. I walked into Courtesy Acura looking for an end of the year MDX. After getting over the sticker shock, Cherell Robinson took me over to look at some recently returned Lease vehicles.
