We have not purchased a car for 11 years and were apprehensive about car dealerships because of their stereotypical aggressive sales behaviors. However, we had a friendly and easy-going experience with John Weidenaar and the sales team at Courtesy Acura. We felt at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. We had our kids with us and John and the sales team made them comfortable with movies to watch and snacks to eat while we completed paperwork. We felt the decision to purchase the car was up to us, not an arm-wrestling, high- pressure push from the sales team. John and the sales team went our of their way to make sure we had all our questions answered, needs met, and even let us borrow the car for the weekend to "test drive" to ensure this was the right purchase for our family. In the end, it all worked out with the car purchase and was a much easier and enjoyable experience than we anticipated. More
I was first drawn to Courtesy Acura through a newspaper ad which lead me to the Courtesy Acura website. Looking for a late model, low mileage car, I was impressed to find several to consider that seemed ve ad which lead me to the Courtesy Acura website. Looking for a late model, low mileage car, I was impressed to find several to consider that seemed very reasonably priced to me. After looking at a number of other used car retailers websites, I found that none impressed me as much as Courtesy Acura. I decided to make my first stop in my search for a new car at Courtesy. When I arrived I was greeted by salesman Rick Armijo. Rick was pleasant, listened to my interests in the cars I had seen online and took me straight to what I was looking for. I test drove two cars, both of which I liked. At this point I was already feeling good about Courtesy Acura. Rick was not a high pressure, in your face salesman and he also told me that was not the way Courtesy Acura did business. I decided based on price to look closer at the 2012 Nissan Altima I had test driven. Rick was kind enough to let me drive it home for my wife to see and drive. Rick told me I could bring the car back later and let another salesman, Will Douglas know what I had decided about the car. I did bring the car back that night and told Will my wife and I needed to think about our decision. Again, Will was understanding and not high pressure. I really was enjoying this car search experience so far. My wife and I needed to wait a week before we could continue our car search. I decided in that week that I should check at least one other dealership and see what they had to offer on a similar make of car. The experience at the other dealership (bad experience) sold me on two things about doing business with Courtesy Acura, non-pressure sales, and fair honest car prices. I decided to head back to Courtesy Acura and see if I could close a deal with Rick and Will. Again I was greeted with a professional, non- pressure approach that made me comfortable and confident I was buying a car from the right people. The follow-up on financing with Jeremiah Watson was a great experience as well. I would highly recommend Courtesy Acura for your next new or used car purchase. Definitely an outstanding dealership in the Denver area. More
I loved the entire car buying experience at Courtesy Acura. It was very important to me that I get the space and time I need to decide on the car I wanted to get and Will Douglas was perfect in that reg Acura. We went to the dealership and Will showed us the MDX, took us to select colors, explained the features of the car and took time in detailing every aspect while knowing that we were going to see other cars before we decided on a brand. He even work numbers on a lease for us. We left the dealership and looked at BMW and Lexus and had to come back to Acura for the value the brand offered. During our first visit to looking at other brands a couple of weeks passed by but Will stayed in touch with us and patiently waited for us to make a decision. We went back to the dealership and got the MDX a couple of days back. Couldn't have been happier with the overall experience. Will stayed back a few hours after his shift ended to make sure were happy with the deal and satisfied with the entire process. I highly recommend Courtesy Acura because of the buying experience presented to us by Will Douglas.. One last note, the Finance Director Zsaree Dunbar is a smart lady and loved the way she presented the lease paperwork and explained the leasing process to us.. More

My first new car in 20 years...so I felt I had to put some effort into selecting the right one. 5 dealerships later I was getting less excited about the prospect of finding what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I found Courtesy through my company's incentive page and completed the transaction on line, and by phone. He honored everything my husband and I asked for and completed the transaction in record time. He always made us feel like we were his best customer and gave us 100% of his attention. The best part...a great trade in that no one else even came close to or considered giving a quote. We've been Acura drivers for over 20 years and there's no doubt in my mind....this dealership was worth driving across town to make the deal vs the one we live close to. The GM should be congratulated on a well run, friendly, and appropriate named dealership, Courtesy! More
