The place has a very friendly environment where all of the employees seem to go out of their way to be cordial and helpful is some form of manner. Acura is a brand that i trust as i owned and traded in a 7 year old TL which in it's life "" NOT EVEN A LIGHT BULB WENT BAD "" 100K miles later it was till running strong... i trade it it for even a better new technology Acura. To say that the service at Courtesy Acura is excellent is an understatement. In 40 years of car ownership I've never been treated this good! At ANY car dealership! I've been a Cadillac driver for 25 years and thought they had good service but it was NOTHING compared to what I experienced at Courtesy Acura. From the minute I walked in to when I picked up my car the next day it was very clear that I was important to them. Andy Fiedler was fantastic to work with! They ran a diagnostic because of a "maintenance light" that came on and I expected to pay the $120.00 minimum cost for that service. But when I went to pay and get my keys the invoice showed zeros….NO CHARGE! I was shocked! While waiting for them to bring my car to them I was amazed at the selection of treats and goodies in the waiting room! They had also washed and vacuumed the car! And…there was a cold bottle of water and a nice piece of candy left for me in the car. I speak and train all over the world and Courtesy Acura tops anywhere I hve been. I am impressed! Bought a new Acura TL back in 2001 and had a great experience then as well as the service dept. along the way. Now that my daughter started driving, obviously that car bacame hers. Unfortunatly she experience then as well as the service dept. along the way. Now that my daughter started driving, obviously that car bacame hers. Unfortunatly she was re-ended and the car was totaled, no one hurt. So where else would I go but Courtesy to look for it's replacement. We found a low milage 2002 Honda Accord and worked with Rick and got a good price. The process was fun, fast and Rick and Sean drive that car to our home! Thanks guys! More

I was not happy to hear there was an issue with my relatively new car (less than 4000 miles) but was treated well while they addressed the issues.
