I have been looking at lots of cars to replace a 2010 Toyota RAV4 Sport, whose lease was up. Considering I'm retired now, I wanted a car for me and my wife that would last a long time. An Acura was an obvious choice, and the RDX appeared to be the right model. From my first visit with Ray Newman, he educated me on the fine features of this car, confirming why it did make sense for me to buy one. He did all this in a very professional, competent, knowledgeable manner with little apparent sales pressure that car salesmen are famous for. Valerie felt the same. Zsaree Dunbar did an excellent job in explaining the financial issues. She's also not a bad sales person in getting me to sign up to various options for the car, that did make sense. Lou Taylor and others at Courtesy were also very sincere and helpful with us. There's no question in our mines that Courtesy ACura and its people deserve a 5 rating. More
