Hi & good day! This is Chris Zimmerman Parts & Service Director. Yes, we had played phone tag. I called you back & left message, you never called me back. With that being said, if you were to have called me back, I would've been happy to perform a re-inspection for you to ensure that the first inspection was done correctly. The shroud that had fallen off was mangled, to which we gave you an estimate to replace with a new part as well as an estimate to replace the fender liner. These recommendations were declined. Tires were almost brand new & brakes appeared to have 70% remaining. The 2 fluids we recommended was due to condition which we gave you pictures of, plus these fluids were overdue from the last time that we performed these services here. Yes, we did inquire with additional maintenance that was due by time as we had no history. I am still happy to perform a reinspection for you if interested. My direct line is 303-795-4080.
