This location is amazing, been going here for years. However, Kenneth (Kenny)… not amazing. He’s new there and I got defaulted to him and he is SO pushy. Trying to make me get things done on my car that However, Kenneth (Kenny)… not amazing. He’s new there and I got defaulted to him and he is SO pushy. Trying to make me get things done on my car that aren’t needed or scheduled as a maintenance. And then he gets upset because I’m not getting what HE WANTS done on MY car. One experience with him, immediately switched guys. Acura… please discuss your expectations with this guy, y’all could do better. More

Courtesy Acura is bar none the best in class! Time and time again they exceed my expectations. They are always helpful, “courteous”, honest, competent, efficient! The list is endless ... Service Dept. is aware of the scratches that happened on the car but refuse to take any ownership. Only stating the car was very dirty. I'm very disappointed as is aware of the scratches that happened on the car but refuse to take any ownership. Only stating the car was very dirty. I'm very disappointed as I was only asking them to repair the areas where the paint/clear coat was torn off/scratched. I was not asking them to repair the entire door,panel, or bottom panel. They basically brushed off our concerns with well your car was so dirty when you brought it to us. We will not do any future business with this dealership again unless we absolutely have to for some part. Oil Change and Basic maintenance was fine, the car wash is where I believe the damaged happened to the car. The service staff was friendly but not really willing to help out with the scratches. More
