New vehicle purchase had wrong accessory part installed, correct part was ordered, but the rear bumper was removed multiple times due to any issues. The second issue I had was a 4 hour fix window, however they fixed in just 1.5 hours which enabled me to go back to work and not ta turned out to be. l felt like the service tech was taking advantage of a situation that was a simple fix and trying to sell me on a repair that was not necessary. I was able to ride with a mechanic tech to discuss the issue, he did confirm what I originally told the service tech the first time.
