I believe we are getting to the point of discussing a replacement vehicle. After two extended visits (two weeks and another of two days) you are no closer to resolving this issue than when it started. It is extremely frustrating to have a new car - especially an Acura MDX - spending this much time in for service. I have now had the following issues on this MDX - Noisy front end - this is the biggest issue and still not resolved - Infotainment system crashing - No resolution - Wireless charging won't work with iPhone 12 Max - No resolution - Noisy seat air conditioning fan - still waiting on parts A company is not judged by the the problems that arise, they are judged by how they respond and resolve problems. So far I have not been happy with the customer service provided by Courtesy Acura.
