Great Experience I had a great experience with Vanessa. She kept me informed along the way with statuses. One of my keys for the remote start does not work, but Vane I had a great experience with Vanessa. She kept me informed along the way with statuses. One of my keys for the remote start does not work, but Vanessa offered right away to get the vehicle and get that working. We agreed that next service visit, when the heated steering wheel parts come in, we will fix the keys also. More
