When I arrived for my appt, I had to wait 10 mins while Todd finished up his work. Once he attended to me and got my info, he paged for a loaner. A few minutes later, a technician came in a with a slip of paper that said "we are out". Todd then told me you guys we out of loaners and he graciously offered a shuttle ride back. I was not happy and adamantly told him that this was not acceptable considering I called a week ago and specially made the appt when a loaner car was available. Todd was courteous and had to get permission to borrow a car from Sales which took another 25 mins of waiting time. I realized that it was not his fault so I offered twice to reschedule my appt but he was quick to agree that I made the appt and should get a loaner. Anyway, the entire process took almost an hour when it could have been much faster. Todd kept his cool and remained professional. More

Disappointed I have had Acura vehicles for over 18 years. Since I moved to Colorado 13 years ago I have used Courtesy Acura to purchase and maintain my Acura RDX. I have had Acura vehicles for over 18 years. Since I moved to Colorado 13 years ago I have used Courtesy Acura to purchase and maintain my Acura RDX. I have 31,000 miles on my vehicle and the charges for maintenance (routine visit) was almost $800.00 even with a purchased insurance agreement. My car was supposed to be done on the day I brought it in. I was called at 6PM to says they didn't have time to do the service and I'd have to pick it up at 11 AM the next day. I happen to work and had to drive across town to pick it up over the noon hour. Then I had to wait over 40 minutes because they didn't change my wiper blades like I requested because the car mechanic said they were not original Acura wiper blades. I bought the car off the Showroom floor and they still had the original wiper blades!!? Needless to say the person at the desk inside the service department changed them himself. His name was Jack H. Finally they rotated my tires but did not put air in them. One was too low. I went to discount tire for air. More
Courteous and professional I brought in my car for a recall on the airbags. Moments after parking my car I was greeted and taken inside where I met Alec. Always excellent service Since a purchase of my car I experienced nothing else, but an amazing service starting with the sale's person, receptionist who answers a call with a Since a purchase of my car I experienced nothing else, but an amazing service starting with the sale's person, receptionist who answers a call with a smile and an accommodation to a desired time/day scheduled for a service, courtious valet assistant and last the person discussing the purpose of the visit. These are the people I had a personal encounter, but there is a crew behind the background working diligently on the car that does not get enough credit for the amazing work and the final report presented. Finally the car is delivered and in addition squiky clean. The chocolate and half frozen bottle of water on a hot day is a nice accent an excellent customer service. Thanks!!!! More

Folks I dealt with were all friendly and helpful. Challenge was getting anyone in service to answer the phone at the end of the day. I was stranded at work waiting for some information and a ride back but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Kim at the front desk was a ROCK STAR!!! She tried her best and stayed with me on the phone for over 5 minutes while trying to contact Service. Big KUDOS go to her for her patience and persistence. In the end I did make it back and was treated extremely wonderful by everyone involved. More
