The interest rate given to me in the finance office was 3 points higher than I was told, and now I've spent over an hour trying to get a $300 dollar gift card, that COSTCO says I'm not eligible for, but the salesman said was part of some GM car buying program. It was not what I expected from a new car purchase. More
