I am not happy with how they sell extra maintenance to me when I brought my car in for a problem that was under warranty. I ended up spending about $350.00 and my car didn’t need it . When I got home and explained to my husband he informed me that the car according to the factory manual didn’t need what I had been told that it did. I find it very low that a place like this has to lie to customers just to upsale and the company’s standards are criminal to me. I will not be coming back and I know the next place I take my car too I will be very cautious about what they tell me.

In this case we didn't recommend an alignment because your car wasn't pulling or drifting on the road. We were glad that you and Ryan were able to pick only the services your vehicle needed. This is a nice place and the staff is courteous but my last experience was not very satisfactory, My car warranty was about to expire and I request my vehicle to be inspected due to a burning smell coming out and a check engine light showing. It seems like you need to be a mechanic so they can replace/fix everything, I expressed my concerns to the agents, however, the full repair was not completed. I had to speak to the director in order to get my car re-evaluated to what I was informed that I would owe out of pocket money for something that could have been fixed while covered by the warranty. It is negligence to not look deeper into a root cause and a waste of time that I had brought back my car twice for the same issue with different repairs, and on top of it, to pay cash for something that would have been covered. Again, make sure that you know all the details prior to schedule an appointment, otherwise, they will make you come back. I was really pleased with this service repair facility until this last visit. Very frustrating and disappointing

We certainly prefer to make things easiest for you which includes being detail oriented and attentive to each need on your visit. Unfortunately, in this situation we have to look back into our tools and team for opportunity to improve. Until your most recent visit your vehicle would not reproduce the issues during our diagnostics and inspections. While we were successfully in reproducing the issues recently, it is unfortunate that the extended warranty coverage has ended. We do care about doing right by you and we are sorry that this issue took longer to develop into a diagnosable and reproducible event. It is certainly understandable to be frustrated and we wish that the timing was better for you.

Like I told one of your reps if you go to the doctor because you feel like something is not right, the doctor will look deeper and deeper until he can find what the issue is, in this case, I expressed my concerns multiple times, nobody cared to look deeper into this until I complained to the director itself. At this time, it's not going to make any difference, thanks for your time.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I called them about service issues and the dealership was not clear on charges on service fees. I needed to understand the fees before I got there. They were confusing and not helpful. When I told the service manager (James Bard), I would just complain to GMC since he refused to help me with my concerns. It just seems they wanted to trap me in fees. He seems upset and took a picture of my vin. I asked why he did so and ignored me, so I told him I was calling the police. He then asked why I would call the police. I said because you have no reason to take a picture of my vin. He only took a picture of my vin for rotatory reasons because I was going to file a complaint with GMC. He was and got his GM (Frank Moddy) and the GM was no better. Told me that the police would not come because they had a truck stolen and they never came for them. The dealership has been on a decline since it was sold by the Swopes. The customer service there is BAD and is VER POOR. I have heard this from many people. This dealership is one to STAY AWAY FROM! I did report this to the police in case anything was done to my vin. And GMC was alerted as well, and I have a report number with them. You just can not treat people any way you want and then get upset and retaliate against them if they say they are going to file a complaint on you.

We treat all our customer with complete transparency and frankly we are shocked by your feedback. During the phone call and your visit we explained the costs of diagnostics. We understand that you didn’t want to pay the diagnostic costs for separate systems and therefore we never booked an appointment, took ownership of your vehicle, or provided any repair recommendations. While it can be frustrating to have undiagnosed issued with your vehicle we are taken-aback by your review. We cannot offer free mechanical and electrical diagnostics which can consume hours of a technician’s time. However, we include the cost of diagnostics towards the quoted repair costs. Sometime our customers get diagnostics and wish to decline the recommended repair. In that instance the customer must pay for their diagnostic(s). We consider it best practice to make our customers aware of this commitment because diagnostic results can conclude a necessary repair that falls outside the customer’s budget. In your specific instance we explained that you had 3 separate unrelated systems that need diagnostics. The total potential cost for your diagnostics was not only explained to you, but offered as something we could begin during that visit if authorized by you. We understand the confusing and sometimes stressful position you are in, so we provided a path to repair. It isn’t often that this happens, but we can’t seem provide an explanation that will satisfy you.

That day your dealership was not professional. Frankly, I do not know how James Bard is a manager. He is rude and unprofessional. His outrageous behavior was out of line and possibly illegal. He had no reason to take a picture of my VIN. You did not work on my GMC. He only did that because he was upset that I was going to complain to GMC Corp. I have no idea what he did with the picture or my VIN. For the protection of my VIN, I had to report the incident to the police. If anything, ever happens related to my GMC and/or VIN your dealership and James Bard will be the first place they come too. His actions that day were nothing but done as retaliatory only. So, you can make like you do not understand why I made the review, but it is clear your staff from the top down does not know how to treat customers. Sadly, Mr. Swope’s many years of hard work are being killed by a few bad people. And your dealership can not own up to your managers wrong doings.

Had 7 :00 A:M appointment for oil change.Was 1st car thru the doors,wiated 1:40 minutes then they could not find records of free oil change offered when car purchased.Terrible service!!!

Service rep was very courteous. My battery had gone dead and I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The service was prompt and done well. I was especially pleased that they sanitized the steering wheel, etc when they completed the service.
