I took my 2022 GMC Sierra there this morning for a washer pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it was leave the vehicle or nothing. If management can't schedule what are they needed for? This is not good customer service and I'm highly disappointed in the cost, amount of hours, and their I don't care about the customer attitude. More

This is the best no pressure group I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Had no intention of getting a new truck. Had to have service done on my 2020 and it was the best run service department pleasure of working with. Had no intention of getting a new truck. Had to have service done on my 2020 and it was the best run service department, the communication with the service writer was excellent. They say service is what sells, this is a 100% correct, the whole team at Courtesy is wonderful. Customer for life!!!! More

My car was running well when I brought it in. When I picked it up, I drove 10 miles and the engine started smoking, the car started shaking, and I couldn't drive over 15 mph. Buick is not taking responsibility claiming "underlying issues." Awfully coincidental that my car breaks down right after I pick it up from them. I asked if the work done could have exasperated the "underlying issue" and I was assured no. They did refund me for the work they had done but not for my car. More

Bought 2010GMC 350 duramax from them . Engine showed emissions issue . Called to set up appt , they NEVER called back . Called Virgilios diesel repair , in Shelbyville , and they fixed the Engine showed emissions issue . Called to set up appt , they NEVER called back . Called Virgilios diesel repair , in Shelbyville , and they fixed the next day at , I’m guessing 1/3 the cost of the dealer . This is the second problem with this dealer . The first time they failed to notice a crack in the fuel injector , and def fluid was coming into my cab ( over a year ) . Kept telling me my cab was not clean ( dust or mud on the floor mat ) and said to change air filter ! It’s a farm truck ! Bought some hay in Shelbyville from a farmer last week and he was looking at a new truck with them , I discouraged him and told him to go to Lagrange GMC dealer . There are alternatives to poor service and incompetent clerks that follow up in service ! More
