I came in to Courtesy Chevrolet by recommendation of a friend, he was specific with who to ask for "Lamar Mclaughlin". Ivan Torres was great from the first initial phone call to the final handshake. There was a moment where I didn't think that I was going to get the vehicle but then Ivan pulled through and delivered the ke to the final handshake. I went in on a Friday night and was tired, and I have to say Tony Reyes was an awesome sales rep. He knew what he was talking about and moved things along very smooth and quick. Every employee we dealt with was extremely professional and personable! There was no "hard selling" techniques by Jude. He was extremely patient with us, as we were not sure as to what we were going to purchase. Lucy in financing informed us of all of our choices on extra warranties, she was very pleasant and we enjoyed her sharing her family photo with us. Jessica was just the icing on the cake! She was so helpful in teaching us about all the settings in the car. And told us not to worry about remembering any of it, just stop by and she will program whatever needed to be done.
