I called because my regular mechanic at *name withheld* told me they could not fix my touch screen radio system. It needed to be done by a dealer as it needed dealer parts for. I understood. When I called, I was told there was a 4-5 day wait to make an appointment, understandable. Then they guy stated I would have to wait an ADDITIONAL 4-5 days for them to do an electronic diagnostic! WHAT?! I have to leave my car there and no way for me to get to work for 4-5 days cus they can't work on my car when I drop it off? I also had a recall on my steering column and when they called me back to schedule for that work, I told that rep what I went through from my first call. He then proceeds to tell me the wait time for a RECALL is 1-2 days!! Why is this place so SLOW??!! They already have the parts ready needed for the recall, but I have to wait 1-2 days to get it back? SERIOUSLY!? ANYWHERE and I mean anywhere else I take my car to get service, I EXPECT it to be serviced THAT DAY!!! There is NO EXCUSE to have a customer wait a whole working week to get their car back for a simple diagnostic work up. Sure they said they would pay for an UBER to take me to work, the day I dropped it off, but not for the entire week I have no car. Find another place to have work done to your vehicle, you will not only save money (their diagnostic charge was $100 more than my regular mechanic), but you will get your car back the same day! More
