Something told me to go on google maps and search “Durango” this dealership and a few others came up I honestly looked at few but actually came over to courtesy just because they had what she been asking for. Once we pulled up Alex (sales) literally was walking towards us and honestly it was meant to happen. As soon as he began to introduce himself it felt like we already knew him for years. First he asked if we was there to meet anyone so he could direct us to them but I told him we was just looking around. He said okay cool and showed us all the Durangos on the lot. And found us the perfect one for my family. and our day wouldn’t have finished off the way it did if it wasn’t for Marcus (finance) for all the hard work getting us the perfect payment options we was given. So honestly speaking I want to thank Alex for treating us like family and actually working as hard as he did to find the one she actually wanted. Also I want to thank Marcus for also treating us like family and going the extra miles just to get us the best payment options. I’m not going to lie everyone at that dealership had a dam smile lol it was amazing to actually step in a dealership and everyone is happy at their job even if it’s a Saturday. Anyone looking for something new or used make sure to check this dealership before heading anywhere else seriously. We left the lot in a new 2021 Durango and they also gave us a great trade in value for my wife’s car. So we just picked up Wendy’s instead of brunch lol. We been to other dealerships and bought other cars but this one definitely different check them out yourself. More
