It would be wonderful if my experience was left public rather than private so I will add them again. Good afternoon. We diagnosed your vehicle in February when you told us that we had not. You came back to us in June wanting us to diagnose the same issue, and so we did. After which, we advised you to not drive the vehicle and to leave it with us as to wait for the parts needed for said repair to come in. After declining to leave the vehicle with us for your appointment early the next week, you drove the vehicle and called us about issues with the transmission and it's accelerating capabilities, which directly relate to issues we had explained earlier. We even gave you a heads up on the throttle body concern that we had, and cut out the cost of diagnosis. We are sorry you feel this way. Call us if there's anything else we can do for you. I don’t think you are seeing the issue. It is simple. Your mechanic changed my transmission fluid but did not secure the valve which caused my transmission fluid to entirely leak out within a week (which possibly has caused more damage to my vehicle) so I brought the vehicle to Honda so they can re-do the job that was just done. No need for any other irrelevant conversation regarding your employees previous mistakes. However, just to clarify I was not advised to not drive the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle will be fine until my next appointment to replace the sensor which was originally scheduled two weeks out. The vehicle was unable to be driven by the next day. Upon arrival when the vehicle was finished, your front desk person notified me that the sensor issue is what caused the throttle body issue because the fluids had no way of knowing how much to allow through. If I was correctly advised that I should not use the vehicle then your employee should have recommended an earlier appointment, since it was a priority problem. Seeing as the car was taken care of the next day after it broke down, the option for an earlier appointment was available.
