I tried to trade in a car that was purchased here by my wife 2 years ago. I was told that the car had frame damage on it and it was announced at the auction where the dealer purchased the car. I was told t wife 2 years ago. I was told that the car had frame damage on it and it was announced at the auction where the dealer purchased the car. I was told to call a lawyer but I decided to call the dealer and speak with them and try to come to some resolution, as I am not a litigious person. When I spoke with the general manager Steve he told me that my wife had signed for the recognition that the car had frame damage. I explained that we had nothing in the paperwork stating this and his aggressive answer was, “well why don’t chu come down here and I’ll give you one.” This is a car guy move. Sign here sign here ya ur all set. My wife would have never knowingly purchased a car with frame damage. More
