I've never left a review for anything in the past but I'm leaving one today as I will never be back to this dealership again and I'd like to warn others of the challenges that I experienced. I will forego the convenience of having a dealership near me to avoid ever having to deal with the service department again. Made an appointment and brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 60 mile service and a concern about engine noise. Took a week to look at it. Service person told me my motor would have to be torn down and needed my permission to proceed. A few days later told me there was no oil in the engine and they wanted to fill it up and see if noise persisted. I came in to grab my wallet from the car, knowing it was going to be a while to complete repair. Service person told me they filled it and noise persisted. Service person told me a few opposite things that he had told me previously and I expressed concern. Offered to talk to technician in shop. Technician told me he put one quart of oil in and the noise disappeared, not that there was no oil. Said engine seemed fine to him, but understood I wanted the motor torn down so I was about to start it. After speaking to service person and technician, it was clear there was a communication issue between them. I asked to NOT tear down the motor if not needed. Then they had my car another week to get new motor mounts in and replaced (2nd time replacement in 60k mls). So three weeks for 60k service and motor mount replacement and I almost had my motor torn apart for no reason. More
