Went in for an oil change. Asked them to also check air on tires. I was told that's part of the vehicle check. It was not done, left with low air in tires. Since they sent me multiple emails begging for a review, I'll be honest. It is always a scammy and gross feeling every time I have to interact with these folks. They lied to me when I bought the car about finance options, ensuring they got the most kickbacks, not the best deal for me, and then wouldn't fix it when I called them out on it the next day. It's been downhill ever since. This recent service visit, they knew what we were coming for (a recall fix), told us to leave the car overnight. Then, when we came to pick up the car, they told us they actually didn't have the part needed, and the whole thing was for nothing. Avoid. More
Don’t buy a used car from this place. Make sure you leave with two sets of keys. Don’t believe them when they say that their Covert package coverage was purchased. If you leave with one key they will tell you that since you purchased the Covert deal that it will cover another key. They tell you to lie and don’t tell them you purchased the car with one key. So they want you to lie and commit fraud. Upon further review of this they said I didn’t purchase the covert package deal, nor did they through in the extend warranty they promised when I purchased the car and was the only reason I agreed to purchase I know this for a fact cause I am Single and never would have not bought this car without some kind of extra warranty. The service person did not communicate when he said he would. He lied 2 times to us about calling. Said he called my husband but my husband said he never got call. We have had it in the shop 4 or 5 times over a noise in front end. We explained how to replicate it and asked them to drive on rough road. The truck came in for fuel filter change , tire rotation and some other little maintenance thing, the rattle in the front and to repair the flatbed. 6 days and all that was done was the service and that took calling multiple times. They drove 3 miles to test. Also last time it was in the porter ran into a post and scratched our brand new flatbed. We brought back in to have repaired but they said they would have to figure out what to do. That should have been worked out before we brought it in. Everyone is blaming the other about what is being done or not done. We also had bought a service package and had one left. They had no record of it anywhere. I was able to contact old service manager and he texted it to me in 2 minutes. Over the last 10 years we have had 7 or 8 trucks and this was the worst service we have had a this dealership. My grandfather bought cars from Rox Covert and the customer service was always top notch. I think he would be terribly disappointed. More
