So you spend $30,000 cash to get a vehicle you can drive for 4 days then Crain has you bring it to their shop they keep it for a couple days then tell you it’s done that you can come pick it up. Then two da for 4 days then Crain has you bring it to their shop they keep it for a couple days then tell you it’s done that you can come pick it up. Then two days later it’s still doing the same thing and then some then you call them they tell you to bring it back in then they look at it and tell you they’re going to have to take it to Dodge since it’s a Dodge vehicle. Then you keep communicating With them about your vehicle every week and then last Monday or Tuesday a woman called and said “your truck should be done by Friday 2/4/2022” and they say they’re going to pay to have it fixed as soon as they get a letter from dodge on their letterhead and then a month later the vehicle still is not fixed and they have the general manager call you and tell you that it’s your job your responsibility to have it fixed! And let me remind you this vehicle was bought December 28, 2021 I drove it at the most for days and the rest of the time it’s been in the shop. Also on top of that while it was in the shop you tell them that you don’t have another vehicle and the vehicle and you do have access to doesn’t have any heat and you got a two-year-old grandson that is in that vehicle every day and they still say they can’t loan you a vehicle either. Now they say the Crain Moto Is we care about you before and after the purchase!? How is that caring about anything but making the $$$$.. I personally will never recommend them and never will personally buy from them ever again!!! Bad business if you ask me! More
Called about a Rio5 and spoke with a sales agent, i ask him if they are marking them up the gentlemen tells me no they are selling it at MSRP ask him to give me a cost to ship (I'm an out of state buyer) h him if they are marking them up the gentlemen tells me no they are selling it at MSRP ask him to give me a cost to ship (I'm an out of state buyer) he tells me he with have to get back with me that he is going to check on that for me. I get a phone call a little later from a different sales agent and have been dealing with him since. NOW, that I'm ready to do the deal (had to sell my truck first) They have it marked up $5000. And the agent tells me that "he isn't allowed to sell it at MSRP". If you want to play a bad game of telephone then this is the dealer for you! lol Maybe they think people are going to forget that they are trying to screw everybody. Highly DONT recommend! More
