I am 3 days from making my first vehicle payment and I still have not received my title for the vehicle nor my warranty refund for canceling my traded vehicle. I had to make an additional payment on my traded vehicle as well. This is all unheard of. I have had several vehicles and this is not an issue that I have ever had. Can someone please help me understand? More

Nice people in sales and service departments. We were pretty disappointed that the engine in our 2017 Kia Sorento died with 124k miles. There’s a warranty on the engine for a defect that covers a new engine if the rods or bearings go. Unfortunately ours had a fuel intake valve that disintegrated (how I understood it) and ruined the engine. Kia wouldn’t cover it and we didn’t get any offer of help in replacing the engine. Seemed pretty poor to me from a company that’s acknowledged problems with the engine. I had been putting at least one quart of oil in the engine every week for over a year and was told that the engine would eventually die. It did, but not for the right reason. We were offered $500 on a trade which, I guess was their idea of trying to help us out. I sold the car online to “Peddle” for $2,780”. I was told they would do what they could to make things right but was not offered much in a trade and was not offeeed what I would consider any kind of a deal on purchasing a new or used car. Service techs were very nice and helpful and Lisa in customer care was very nice. The service manager did go to bay for me in trying to get the engine replaced but was turned down by his higher-ups. Overall pretty disappointed with Kia and how the whole situation was handled at the corporate level. More
