I bought a telluride four months ago and my experience with this dealership couldn’t have been better. Our salesman and the entire staff went out of their way to help us. Friendly service and quite competent. But I wished the employees, especially those interacting with customers and worn masks. CDC still definitely these recommends for inside!!!! They "forgot" to pick up my car like they said they would, and when I called about it, they gave me several excuses why it didn't happen. They did come get it the next day, but I had left a note on some other things I needed and they completely ignored it. On the service paper work, they said they vacuumed the front (they didn't) and also ran it through the car wash (they didn't). I am not 100% sure they even changed the oil, but since I bought it here they are responsible for the “100 year, 100k mile" warranty they offer, so either way they will pay for it. More
