The General Sales Manager Landyn Trammell was phenomenal in helping our sales person put two deals together for us! Over the years, we have referred several people to CLF to get help from our Sales Associate Bryce Dewberry. He is one of the most helpful sales person’s we’ve ever dealt with. Not only is he very knowledgeable of CLF products; from Trucks, SUV’s, Cars, Hybrids & Electric Vehicles, he’s also helpful in recommending the best fit extended warranties for individual needs. What sets Bryce apart from other sales people is he’s always a person of integrity & honesty when dealing with customers. His commitment and loyalty to the CLF Team is hands down, the most reputable in the industry! We highly recommend him for your vehicle buying needs. The sales buying process runs smoothly. Complete bait & switch. Test drove a Maverick XLT and was given a price. Started paperwork. Half way through, we were told they couldn't sell any Maverick XLT's, because Test drove a Maverick XLT and was given a price. Started paperwork. Half way through, we were told they couldn't sell any Maverick XLT's, because there were all kinds of recalls on them. Was then shown a Maverick Lobo and was told they could sell us that one for the same price. Sat waiting for finance to call us to sign the paperwork forever, so that by the time they called us back, we just signed where they pointed and left for home. Then they called the next day and said they had to come switch vehicles with us, because the VIN on my paperwork was for a different vehicle. But don't worry, it's the same exact vehicle. Except it wasn't! and if I wanted to keep it the one we drove home, I had to pay another $5,000. Fine, kept the lesser vehicle they brought. Then look more closely at the paperwork and find that they charged us several thousand more for the Lobo after they said they would honor the first price they quoted us. And part of the paperwork they gave us was in someone else's name. What a rip off! Will never do business with them again! More
