My husband and I were in Medford when our truck became disabled; so while it was being repaired at an independent shop, we stopped by Crater Lake Ford-"just to look", since we were out of state. Nic Bell disabled; so while it was being repaired at an independent shop, we stopped by Crater Lake Ford-"just to look", since we were out of state. Nic Bell was aware of our situation (out of state and just looking) but was still so informative and patient. We went back to our hotel and did some research on availability and price in our home town. We realized that he was able to offer us a better deal so went back to Crater Lake Ford later that evening and made the purchase. The next day we went back for instructions on the new truck and headed home. We love it! and have put on close to 1,000miles in a week. Thanks Nic and all the rest of the staff! More

Then when I asked him if he could recommend somebody that could take 5 minutes out of their day to hook up a computer to the car just a scanner was all I was asking he said no most people are busy this time of Yeah. Most unprofessional just rude He was pretty disrespectful.. Then I went out and spoke with a salesman. To see if he could show me some of the features on the truck he said he didn't have time that his times very Important he said he has to deal with the customer and there was yeah he straight lied to me and was rude and disrespectful I would like to cuss them out but I don't want to be rude like that they got ithey gotta be the crappiest dealership I've ever been to rude and disrespectful I will never take my business there and I advise you not to either More

We got a great deal on the car with Tristan's help. Before leaving the lot, he answered all my questions and made sure I knew about all the car's features. He even synched my phone to the car for me in about two seconds! I am very happy with the price I paid and would highly recommend using Crater Lake Ford, and Tristan in particular for your next vehicle purchase. I purchased a BMW M2 from this company. After waiting over a month for the tires, they tried to put cheap Lexani tires on my car, after I paid for Pirelli tires in the deal. When I complained to Kris(sales manager), he was going to order a set of Michelin 4s tires. Now, three weeks later, Kris no longer works for the company and my tires are nowhere to be found. Typical Lithia dealership, they screw over the purchaser any way/how they can. Like they need more money to line their pockets. Terrible customer service. You're better off to buy from a wholesale lot. This company is a Total joke More
