The moment you leave they are done with you. I purchased a vehicle that they automatically placed their wash plan on that they said come with it and you can’t remove it cost over $1950.00, first I purchased a vehicle that they automatically placed their wash plan on that they said come with it and you can’t remove it cost over $1950.00, first problem that should have made me look around. I tried to contact the salesman by the same text he was previously texting me during the purchase by the same number the next day after purchasing and he would not respond about the sd card he told me to get for the camera recorder that wasn’t working after purchasing 5 different ones and he would reply so I called the service department and told them what was happening and they told me to come and and he will show what I was doing wrong. I get there and they make me wait in a line for 5 minutes before the guy comes out and tells me that I need to wait on a tech to look at it in 2 hours. He didn’t even look at it and on the phone he act like I was doing something wrong and he was going to fix it. I told him I just bought the car 2 days ago and can’t wait 2 hours so a supervisor came out and immediately told me the manual was wrong and told me the wrong size is printed in the manual and to buy a 32gb card. I was upset that the salesperson didn’t know that and I have been to the store 5 times, texted, called, drove, up there, waited, and escalated this known issue to a supervisor before getting answer. Why is this a secret. All employees should know this. I will never buy from this place again and by the way this wash plan that everyone is forced to buy, there is a 3 week waitlist to get you car wash if you want a rental or you have to wait 2 hours. What a waist of money. I also did a survey from this place that ask if you want to be contacted. I answered, yes. They never contacted me. There was also a follow up survey to see if I was contacted. I again answered that I was never contacted and that I would leave feedback on every online forum possible and these people still never responded. More

I visited Crest to take a second look at a used Audi S5 that I had previously test driven. I originally was helped by Austin but he was off that day and Juda filled in for him. I had been struggling with my decision on which car I wanted to get. I was going back and forth between the used Audi and a new BMW. I came very very close to putting a deposit down to hold the vehicle while I waited on some settlement funds for a down payment. I told Juda to get eveything started but I got cold feet at the last second as I was still undecided on what I really wanted to buy. Juda sat with me and went over the postives and negatives of each vehicle. I didn't feel pressured to decide or like i had to buy from them. Ultimately I came to the conclusion that, while I like both vehicles and the Audi was a great deal, my heart was with the BMW. Juda told me I had to go with my heart and not have any regrets (despite that meaning I wasn't going to be buying from them which I really appreciated). I was there late around closing time and he didn't make me feel bad for changing my mind. He could have gotten frustrated with me for doing so and I would have totally understood but he was very professional about it. If you're looking for a vehicle and stop by Crest you'll be in good hands with Juda, no doubt about it. More
I had the pleasure of having Austin show me a vehicle I was looking at recently. Austin is very personable and right off the bat I was very comfortable having him as my sales rep. I came in just for a test drive and not once did he try to pressure me into buying a car right there and then. He was honest and upfront about everything. Ultimately I decided on a different vehicle but it had absolutely nothing to do with Austin or Crest. He gave me all the time i needed to make my decision and didnt pressure me at all into making a hasty decision. In fact they offered to let me put down a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle while I decided which I really appreciated. I actually came very close to buying the car from them but I had to go with my heart and get the other one. Overall, I highly recommend asking for Austin Drabick at Crest if you're ever in the market for a new or used Cadilac. You'll immediately feel right at home and you won't get even hint of the stereotypical shady dealership antics you might get from other places. More
