Just moved to Dallas area & Crest was able to book an appointment immediately & take care of state inspection as well. Mark, in service, was very polite; kept us abreast of service status & let us know a appointment immediately & take care of state inspection as well. Customer service was great. Found the car we wanted called Ken and he explained what is was when we got there it was exactly as he described it. Test drive it and took it home. After dealer check the battery issue, it still shows low battery on the dashboard. They said it was inspected and everything okay but it still shows low battery again in next day but the engine start normal battery on the dashboard. Daniel Pinieros from Crest contacted me last week because Volvo sold my info to them. Emailed him to stop. Opted out of the automated messages they began sending. He continued to call and email after I tol Volvo sold my info to them. Emailed him to stop. Opted out of the automated messages they began sending. He continued to call and email after I told him no yet again. Just received yet another call from this guy. Don't make any inquiry about Volvo or your info will be sold to Crest and they will harass you again and again. This is why I only do business with Park Place Volvo. More
