We went into a Crestmont Hyundai to purchase a car for my mother. We were greeted immediately by Alexandra Fuldauer. She sent us down and did a wonderful job of assessing my mothers needs. We then decided to test drive the Hyundai Kona Kona my mother loved it, and we decided to order one. We negotiated the price of her trade-in as well as the price of her new car and left the dealership. She called us 30 minutes later to inform us that her new car would be here a few days later. When we showed up at the dealership, the car was ready to go and it only took us a few minutes to sign paperwork and get back into finance. Nancy did a great job. Of explaining all of the paperwork and options to my mother. The whole process was quick and painless, and Alex did a wonderful job of showing my mother all of the features in her car. We love the experience and look forward to becoming loyal Hyundai customers. More
