Dave and the service team were outstanding! He even coordinated a ride for my wife and me to Bob Evans so we could have breakfast while we waited. Chris was our driver there, and another older gentleman (maybe Chris’s boss?) brought us back. Both were fantastic. And the service on our car was prompt and professional. Our car sat for over a month before someone even looked at it. I could go on the website and make a service appointment, but it was already on the lot and no one had time to look at it?? Then we waited 2 w at it. I could go on the website and make a service appointment, but it was already on the lot and no one had time to look at it?? Then we waited 2 weeks for a quote on selling the vehicle.I must have called 10 times to reach someone. Dave tried to mediate but it didn’t seem to do much good. Overall it took over 2 months to get it fixed. Obviously not happy having to go months without a car. More
