The service center is completely overwhelmed with the current recall campaigns, taking far too long to service any vehicles. That's a Hyundai problem. As for the service center itself, the associates were very skilled, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I feel bad for them knowing how many upset people they must have to deal with due to these recalls. More
