March I bought a 2024 Tucson almost $40000 ,,,6 month later I called for 1st oilchange appointment,,,,3 different calls to 3 different service writers ,3 separate voicmails to have NONE of them returned, later I called for 1st oilchange appointment,,,,3 different calls to 3 different service writers ,3 separate voicmails to have NONE of them returned,,Day 3 call again ask for managers extension ,,Voicmail number 4 ,,Day 4 ,,I got a Return Email from D. BROOKES,,,He sets appt for 8am 9/28 ...Saturday 9/28 at 730am I'm sitting there ,,,8am service manager opens door ,I walk in and say who I am and I have 8am appointment..HE TELLS ME NO I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I NEED TO MAKE ONE ,,all while the other customers stared at me,,,HES BOOKED .he said....I walked out to make a call ,5 min later he came out and said hed FIT me in ,,AROUND 11:30....He saw expression on my face,and he took care of it 1st...But Acted like it was a huge favor,,,MY xxx More

Our salesman misrepresented the car, and then was either fired or quit before the deal was complete. Alex stepped and did as well as could be expected. When we picked the car up it was not detailed at all. They took it back in but basically just ran it through the car wash.Upon inspection when we got home we found it was worse than we thought. When we called we were told we could bring it back which we did. They redid it, and when my husband pointed out places that were still not good, he was told they didn't have the equipment to do it. They did fill the gas tank up. More
