Don't sign a decline of maintaince quickest oil change ever!! Got home no fluids topped off, engine air and cabin filters needed replaced no mention of that. No form stating things were good. I showed up about 25 minutes late, I was having a horrible day. Brendan reassured me I had made it in time and that they could still take my appointment. Cresmont Service Department took care of my car and in about an hour I was on my way back to dealing with my water heater busting. Thanks, Brendan!!! More

I had never worked with Crestmont Hyundai before and just unexpectedly stopped by when I started looking at different brands and models to replace my current car. Decided to do an initial test drive of some unexpectedly stopped by when I started looking at different brands and models to replace my current car. Decided to do an initial test drive of some vehicles and left to continue my search and they totally understood my process. Came back a few days later for another test drive and was very impressed with the product, the sales representative and dealership. These guys made the selling experience very easy, quick and transparent! No pressure at all and I received what I thought was a very good price. Sales representative was Joe Yun -- very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. He was not a high-pressure, you-have-to-buy-right-now kind of guy. If he was (or if anybody was) I would have immediately walked. He went over and above to make sure things went well before, during, and even after the sale to see how things were going and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Also helped me get connected to service and get some unexpected key issues resolved. Brendan Flynn in service was very helpful, friendly and responsive in getting final service completed in a timely manner. From at least my experience, I would certainly give them a look and a try.
