When I arrived it was very unclear as to where I should go. I parked and walked toward the front of the building and happened to run into an employee who was on a smoke break and he told me where I needed go. I parked and walked toward the front of the building and happened to run into an employee who was on a smoke break and he told me where I needed to go. Simple signage would prevent that. Also, the part that my car needed was not on site and had to be ordered, so the work that I was scheduled for could not be performed; I am still waiting for the part to arrive so I can get the work done. There was another recall that needed to be taken care of, so that got done at least. More
