Don't go here they will forget your car and blame you for being upset, when requesting information I’ll clean this up into a clear, strong review while keeping your frustration intact but more structured and persuasive. *** Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They kept my car for three days without providing any meaningful updates, and no one returned my calls despite multiple attempts to get information. When I finally asked to speak with a manager, that experience was just as disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was unprofessional and simply read from paperwork without explaining the delay or taking accountability. When I asked for clarification, he dismissed my concerns and acted as if there was no issue at all. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. It felt like my car was forgotten, and when I tried to get answers, I was made to feel like I was the problem. I would not recommend this dealership if you expect timely updates or professional service. More
