Kyle Kuchta was waiting outside as I pulled in and parked. That shows me that he was interested in beginning my journey to look for a car. We had fun, looked at 3 cars, test drove 2 and from there w parked. That shows me that he was interested in beginning my journey to look for a car. We had fun, looked at 3 cars, test drove 2 and from there we began the journey of negotiation for a purchase. I have a good time, laughing with Kyle, along with Will Spencer, the Sales Manager in the negotiation process. Nance Moehscl from Finance, also was very personable and we laughed about several things. I normally am not impressed with the Finance Dept. because they have always been to unpersonal and strictly business, and I told that to Nancy, It was a great day, and I left with a 2024 Hyundai Kona, very sport looking and just what I was looking for. I am disappointed that Kyle Kuchta is not on the Sales Dept. listed beliow. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. I had many questions and he was able to help me with everything, right up to helping me sync my iPhone to the car before I drove off of the lot. I also do not see Will Spencer from the Sales Management team who was also instrumental in helping me to be able to purchase my new car. More
