Good man knows the process respects the discounts available threw crestmont and the manufacturer. Not everyone one there does. Very frustrating when I deal with others. available threw crestmont and the manufacturer. Not everyone one there does. Very frustrating when I deal with others. More

Way over priced by 3X. And surprised that I took my car elsewhere. Diagnostics ($200) was essentially what you can do at an auto body store for free. And surprised that I took my car elsewhere. Diagnostics ($200) was essentially what you can do at an auto body store for free. More
When my new Hyundai Santa Fe (4months) started making clanking noises, it took me a month to get into Service. At my appointment, they claimed to not hear the noise, and sent me away. As soon as I pulled clanking noises, it took me a month to get into Service. At my appointment, they claimed to not hear the noise, and sent me away. As soon as I pulled it out of the garage, it was making the noise still. So I pulled it back around to the garage and I asked them if they could please drive it around the parking lot. Once they did that they did hear the noise and determined that I needed a new transmission because by there was a recall on them. They had no dealership car to let me drive, so they told me my car was safe to drive. Just make sure I use the emergency parking break. They said they would order the part which was gonna take almost a month to come in. Meanwhile, my car got worse and worse , and very scary to drive. I finally took a video and emailed it to the service man. He let me know that my car was “now not” safe to drive and that it needed to be towed to the service department. They also still did not have a car for me and my part was on backorder. At one point during this process when I was notified, there was no lender car for me. I asked him how I was supposed to get to work. He told me that they did not have to give me a car. But if they did, it would’ve been a courtesy. I feel like if you buy a brand new car, the dealership would have more sympathy and understanding when that new car can no longer be driven. I found out later that they should have checked the car for that recall before it left the lot. They did not have time to check that one before I bought it. I will not be coming back to the dealership! More
I had the oil changed on my Hyundai and waited for it. Dealership was great, clean, free popcorn and coffee got in my car to leave and it was like no one was in it, they even said they were going to wash Dealership was great, clean, free popcorn and coffee got in my car to leave and it was like no one was in it, they even said they were going to wash it but it was raining out. I like that there was no signs of having a grease fight in my car, nice job mechanics. More
