How good was it? Hoping to maybe save the trip south, I sent the quote to a couple of area dealers who wanted the business. One didn't even bother to reply. The other said something must be wrong because he couldn't sell the car for that price without losing money. As people typically on the short end of the cutthroat competition stick, this was a welcome development for us. As far as the people we met there, both Russell and Jackie were cordial, well informed and very competent. I could say that the overall experience was so positive, we almost wanted to crash the car on the way home so we could go back to Criswell and get another one. Nobody is that good, of course, but it might be a tough go finding anyone who comes closer to that ideal. We would absolutely go to Criswell again when the need arises. Nice people and a legitimately great deal. More

We arranged for me to bring my vehicle in to the shop in about 45 minutes! and he would get someone on it as soon as possible. Nick told me it might take about 2 hours to do the repair work and that I can wait in the lounge, no problem. After 20 minutes he came out to tell me it was finished and I can take the car home. All of my service at Criswell is done very professionally and handled in a very friendly manner, especially by Nick Chapman, who has been my service rep for over 6 years and 3 different vehicles that I have bought from Criswell Thank You Stuart Cadel More

Efficient Operations When I arrived for my appointment, the service entrance bay was full. By the time I got out of my car and was greeted by EJ, the bay was emptied. I pulled my Traverse in and discussed the service needs with EJ. As there were no major repairs, I decided to wait. EJ kept me updated on the progress of the servicing. I was out in less than 2 hours. This was my first service experience with both EJ and Criswell. I will be back. I will definitely recommend Criswell as a service facility.
