Working with Stefan has been the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever gone through. There wasn't much negotiating to be done since the price that was originally offered was very reasonable. Any negotiations that were done was completed over email, which I prefered. Since I wasn't local, this made the car buying experience super easy. I'd definitely recommend Criswell Chevy to any prospective buyer. I know when my lease is up, I'll be going back to Stefan to possibly purchase or get a brand new Volt! More

I own 4 Culligan dealerships and have over 50 vehicles in our fleet. I was searching for a new "prototype" service van online when I was referred to Criswell. He listened to my needs, found a vehicle that seemed to meet them, and drove one up to my office in New Oxford, PA so my General Manager and I could test drive it. Then we went to work on the price and was able to meet our needs their too. The paperwork was effortless and in no time my new van was being built. We had a target of delivery by 12/14 since I wanted to show off the new vehicle at our Christmas Party on 12/15, and Dan made that happen too, personally delivering the van on 12/14. He coordinated the Line-X, vehicle wrap, and wheel covers with such care that when he wasn't satisfied with the wheel covers, he found another vendor very close to my office and got me better covers for the same price. Mike wasted no time in getting me behind the wheel for a pair of test drives. I hadn’t intended to make a purchase that day, but Mike listened carefully to what I was looking for, did a nationwide search, and came up with a close fit to my specifications at a very desirable price. Four days later, I drove away with the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. Mike is highly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. At delivery, he not only briefed me on the details of the car, but also showed me the service facility and process for arranging service, including introduction to the Corvette Service Manager. I may be influenced by the nature of the car that I bought, but I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable auto purchase that I have made in over 40 years. More

I was interested in purchasing a new Malibu for my son. I had talked to Arsaln on the phone a few times and he was to return my call and set up an appointment. When I called the dealership to talk to him no one could ever find him. I really wanted the car for my son's birthday and even though I was getting angry I showed up at the dealership and spoke with this guy outside that turned out to be Arsaln. He apologized for being late to return the calls. He was going to look for the car I wanted and let me know. I don't understand it. I intended on paying cash and now here I sit again waiting for a call that hasn't arrived. There are many dealerships around. More

Mike was the best salesman I have dealt with in over 45 years of purchasing cars! That should tell you enough. It was hard to find a salesman that knows more about Corvettes than I do, but he does! Outstanding service from a dealership I had never worked with before. Called earlier in the day and spoke to Bill Barling to arrange a test drive of a Chevy Volt I found on the internet. When I arrived I met Chris Hall who new I was coming and had prepared the vehicle. Chris suggested a test drive area, and then asked Stefan Kube to join us as a current Volt owner to discuss the details of the vehicle. You will never find a more enthusiastic or adept bunch of folks. I have purchased several cars over the last 30 years but have never met any dealership with the deep understanding of the car they are selling. Several employees are Volt owners in this dealership, a real testament to the product. Reading the owners manual and driving the car for a few days now I cannot find anything explained during the "sale" that was incorrect. I will bring my business back to these guys… and will recommend them to my friends and family. More
