Having to buy a new car was not something I was looking forward to, but I lucked out when I came to Criswell Chevrolet and ran into Tom Rawson on the lot. Although Tom deals primarily with commercial vehic forward to, but I lucked out when I came to Criswell Chevrolet and ran into Tom Rawson on the lot. Although Tom deals primarily with commercial vehicles, he bent over backwards to help me find the perfect car for me and my family. I had done a lot of research online, and I knew exactly what car I was looking for. Tom took the time to get the car from another lot, took me for a test drive, and showed his wealth of knowledge on all the vehicles in the Criswell fleet as he explained the pros and cons of each one for my particular circumstances. In the end, Tom took the time to help me find the perfect car for my situation and then spent a good deal of time and effort to guide me through the financing process so that I could have a safe, affordable car, but still be in something I liked. I am a single mom and I am always hesitant about dealing with people in these types of situations, because I have had bad experiences in the past where people try to "get one over on the little lady." Within the first few minutes of meeting Tom I trusted him and knew that he would not try to swindle me or talk down to me. He was honest and fair and handled the entire transaction professionally but with a friendly, open manner. Yet, my positive experience with Tom and Criswell did not end there. Tom not only reached out to me multiple times after my purchase to make sure I was still happy and to thank me, but also showed me around the lot and made sure that I knew how to schedule my free oil changes (Criswell gives new car buyers 8 free oil changes!), and even helped me install my rubber floor mats and new license plates! All in all, I was very lucky to have the experience I was dreading turn into a pleasant surprise, but found a car dealer in Tom that I actually trust and hope to work with again in the future! More

Dan really goes above and beyond for his clients. We wanted to upgrade our vehicle for our expanding family and Dan spent so much time showing us the SUVs Criswell had all day long. All I wanted was a newer Nissan - within 3 years old, but I had a budget which I mentioned up front. There was a beautiful black Nissan Altima 2.5 available. I drove it and it was perfect. However, it was a bit out of my price range. Noah and I spent a lot of time together test driving different cars and talking about different options. We spent so much time together that I swore he was gonna get sick of me, but he was friendly and positive throughout the whole process. This helped me because I was super on edge the whole time. But in the end I still wanted to Altima, and after some negotiation, Noah was able to work out a deal that I could afford and that also made the dealership happy as well. Noah is professional, informative, honest and friendly. I wish more car dealers had a similar disposition as him. It made a my first time cat buying experience probably as pleasant as it could be.
