I walked into Criswell Chevrolet coming from another dealership who had treated me so rudely. Mike Furman greeted me enthusiastically the moment I walked in. It was very refreshing. I explained that I was picking out my new car and didn't need my husband to help. Mike showed me that his dealership could easily meet the criteria I had set for them. Within the hour, I drove off the lot in my new fully loaded blue Tahoe. Since then, I have been back for regular service on my car and the people couldn't be nicer. I have sent several of my friends to Mike and Criswell dealerships. More

Mr. Greaney was a superb salesman and very patient with me when I was 5 months pregnant and had no idea what I wanted or needed. I had a 9:30 appointment and did not have to wait when I pulled into the dealership. Car was taken immediately and I waited in Criswell's remodeled customer lounge. Was informed after a short wait, that t pulled into the dealership. Car was taken immediately and I waited in Criswell's remodeled customer lounge. Was informed after a short wait, that the car would be ready in half an hour. Within that half hour I was escorted to the Cashier's Office to pay the bill. That's to GM Card rewards, my bill was minimal. Love that program. More

I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Criswell in the last 3 months and have had great experiences. I had a minor issue with one of the vehicles 5 days after purchasing and received great service to get the 3 months and have had great experiences.
