I didn't buy a car after my test drive / first visit with Russell, however, I did tell Russell that I really felt compelled because I liked him so much. Russell was very professional, courteous, and I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me. As a woman shopping for a car by herself, I was very wary that I might be seen as an easy 'mark.' Russell never made me feel that way and I did trust him that he was giving me the best deal possible and that I would be taken care of at Criswell Chevrolet. Mike Furman did a super job for me while I was considering the purchase of my car. I had some questions and he was right on top of it with answers. He worked some numbers when it came to pricing and I appreciated all his effort. I wondered about a few accessories, and he gave me the correct advice. On the day that I picked up the car, he was very helpful, showed sincere interest, and took his time talking me thru all the options and operations of the car. A couple people have asked me about my car, and I've told them that I bought it at Criswell, and that they have a huge selection, reasonably priced. So I'm trying to help with more sales. More

In January Jim convinced my son and myself that the 2012 Chevy Sonic wan a safe and economical vehicle. As my son drove the car, it proved to be a quality car, but on June 25th it proved to be a very safe Chevy Sonic wan a safe and economical vehicle. The car was damaged beyond repair after it flipped over and caught fire. The seat belt and air bags did their work, as my son emerged with only minor injuries. We went back to Jim Sell and bought yet another 2012 Chevy Sonic. We are very pleased and thank Chevrolet for building such a safe vehicle. The Criswell web site is outstanding. I researched the vehicles that I wanted to test drive from the online inventory. The prices and options were clearly marked. There was no pressure to buy and Gary answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. The dealership was easy to find, located right off I270. There was plenty of parking in front. I ultimately bought the first car I test drove (Malibu) and have been very pleased with the car and the follow-up e-mails, letters, and phone calls from the dealership. More
