Again, everything went smoothly--there were no surprises. Pickup and return service was a nice touch. Only problem was that when I first got there, the service bay was closed and I couldn't figure out how to get them to open it. Finally went through the showroom. Oh, and service kept calling me and telling me I'd missed an appointment. I got about four such calls. More

Even now, we have run into some situations with the vehicle and Mr. Hall is really working with us very hard (without hesitation) to handle the situation and give us a satisfactorily resolution with very minimum out of pocket expense on our part. Considering we purchased a used vehicle, we are being treated as if we purchased a new vehicle and we have NEVER had this type of experience in any other previous dealership. We have already recommended the dealership to friends and will be going back to purchase again in the future! More
