The purchase was what you would expect from any dealer. The 4 square of death sheet of paper, the visit from the manager, the normal dance. I was ok with that as I expected this. My problems with the dealer started after I rode off the lot. I had an issue with a new car that clearly was not put there by me. The sales guy let me hang for days and eventually I got a call from the service guy. I sent in pictures of the issue and I was made to feel like this was somehow my doing. I was told by the service guy that he would get back to me but after a few more days, no one contacted me. When I finally got tired of waiting, I went to GM for a resolution. GM pointed me to Apple Valley Chevrolet. When the selling dealer (Criswell), got wind of this, they called and acted like they were doing me a favor by offering to correct the problem. No thanks. I went to Apple Valley Chevrolet and within 15 minutes they had me taken care of, performed the repair, and treated me as if I purchased the vehicle from them. Thank you Apple Valley, you run a top notch operation and I will be back to you for all of my needs in the future. I was later approached by my salesman asking about the incident. He pointed the finger back at the service guy. Whatever, customer service is the job of everyone there, not just the service guy. I sent an e-mail to the general manager detailing my incident, but never heard back. Fast forward to today when I got an invite to leave feedback about my experience. Well here ya go fellas. Enjoy the feedback. I will never return to the dealership again. More

I had never bought a brand new car off the lot, I went through the Costco Auto Buying Program and when I walked into Criswell Chevrolet the salesperson Stefan greeted me with a great smile and personality through the Costco Auto Buying Program and when I walked into Criswell Chevrolet the salesperson Stefan greeted me with a great smile and personality. I went in there knowing what I wanted and he worked it out to where I drove out of there with the car I wanted. Stefan was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and I plan on going back there to purchase a new truck within the next year and I will use Stefan once more. More

I have personally done business with Mike Furman for 8 years and have always found private consumer, the folks at Criswell have all been top notch. We came to Criswell to buy a truck. It was a rainy Sunday and there wasn't anyone in the separated truck building so we wandered around and went into the car show room. While we stood in the car showroom S and there wasn't anyone in the separated truck building so we wandered around and went into the car show room. While we stood in the car showroom Stefan immediately came up to us and asked if we needed help. We told them no one was in the truck sales building and he tried to find someone, but no luck. He said I can take care of it for you and went out of his way to answer all our questions and double checked everything to make sure it was correct. He typically didn't sell the trucks but he didn't hesitate to make it work for us. More
