Service advisor was great. I was told my truck was out of alignment by approximately 1 inch with only 11000 miles. Ironically I listened to another service advisor tell another I was told my truck was out of alignment by approximately 1 inch with only 11000 miles. Ironically I listened to another service advisor tell another customer the same thing and same measurement. I asked to have this checked into the service manager said that it’s just what happens. They gave me a courtesy car wash at the same time bent my fireman‘s license plate up and broke channel window vent by having the window down while washing the truck. I did not report it at the timer service but will call corporate on Monday morning. With this type of service I would not return. The worst part of the service was I made an appointment for 8 AM a week and a half prior and still had to wait three hours. No reason to make an appointment if it’s first come first serve More
My car horn suddenly stopped working and after researching potential issues, i.e., replacing the fuse, I determined that my Equinox needed to be brought into the dealership. I had an appointment later that morning, and, Charles was able to have m vehicle diagnosed and repaired in plenty of time so that I was able to meet my next appointment. More
I brought my car in after it was scraped in a parking lot. I brought it in and spoke with Andrew. Not only was he clear and explained what needed to be done, but he did an assessment and had me back on t lot. I brought it in and spoke with Andrew. Not only was he clear and explained what needed to be done, but he did an assessment and had me back on the road to work in 15 minutes. He kept me posted throughout the repair and did a fabulous job! Below zero. Had our car taken to Criswell in Gaithersburg by the tow truck so they could service it in the morning. We needed the water pump to be replaced. The parts cost $377.98, the service fee was $52.95, and the labor cost, for them to replace the water pump was $1005.00. Our total bill was over $1500. I would provide a 0 star rating but it will not let me submit with less than a zero. More

Recently, I brought my 2021 Silverado in for an estimate to have some body work done. After standing in front of the bodyshop office for close to 20 minutes with Chriswell employees walking by without ackno to have some body work done. After standing in front of the bodyshop office for close to 20 minutes with Chriswell employees walking by without acknowledging my existence. I was getting a bit annoyed. Eventually, a lady from inside the office finally asked if I was helped? after I answered no, she pointed to the guy who sat at his computer pounding keys and ignoring me the whole time and said he'll be with you in a minute. I immediately told her he already ignored me for over 20 minutes and walked by me on several occasions. She just again stated he'll be with you in a couple minutes. By this time another vehicle pulled up behind me for an estimate as well. Finally, the service writer came over and I showed him the damage I wanted an estimate on. He proceeded to tell me he had to get someone from the bodyshop to look at the damage. Then had me move my truck off to the side. After another 10 minutes I noticed a service guy looking over the truck that came in 25 minutes after I arrived. I asked if he was from the bodyshop, said he was and I informed him I had been waiting for his estimate. He had the nerve to tell me it takes 20 minutes for an estimate and to wait my turn. I was so angry that I waisted over an hour to be treated that way. I eventually left without an estimate. This is no way to treat any customer. More
