HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I just wanted to say that after Criswell cleaned house in the body shop during my auto repair for a car accident, 54 days in their care, multiple lies I just wanted to say that after Criswell cleaned house in the body shop during my auto repair for a car accident, 54 days in their care, multiple lies, horrible communication, emails that were ignored by both Kevin Szott and Sue Folsom, I am absolutely appalled with the way that I was treated. When I went to go pick up my vehicle and pay the $8,400 repair bill, my nearly brand new vehicle was not fully repaired, was still covered in coffee in the inside from the accident (not sure if that's normal), and then I was yelled at to the point I had to tell Kevin to step back away from me not once but twice before he actually moved. I am so upset that, as a spouse of an active duty service member who is away and unable to be here in person, I was treated this way. Shame on you, Kevin Szott! You are NOT the true face of the Chevy brand. Please head this warning that this man does NOT care about the military community and does not know enough about customer service. More
Worst Service Department I've Ever Had Experience With! I bought a 2016 Malibu in September, not even 3 months later the engine light came on. Took it in for service for the advisor to say that "leaves" wer I bought a 2016 Malibu in September, not even 3 months later the engine light came on. Took it in for service for the advisor to say that "leaves" were blocking the air flow to the engine. Never got a status call, had to call in myself numerous of times to find out what was the diagnosis, tired to charge me $160 for that bogus answer. {Mind you, I work in the service department at a different dealership not too far from here, that unfortunately do no service Chevys} The engine light came on right after I picked up my vehicle. I have been calling for the past couple of months to speak to the service director, they are never available or will "return" the call when they get a chance..... STILL waiting on a call back. Please hire knowledgeable advisors and techs. This place is ABSOLUTE garbage. More

My 2018 truck needed service and was told to go to service and ask for Dina and she told me she didn’t have time for me and threw her arms up and walked away. My family and friends have always used cr service and ask for Dina and she told me she didn’t have time for me and threw her arms up and walked away. My family and friends have always used criswell for our chevys, jeeps and Honda’s; over twenty cars and it’s because of Richard Beckett. Richard is the only salesman I trust to buy a car from and it’s unfortunate that I’m questioning ever buying from criswell again because of Dina in service. More

After few days I picked it up was told by the service advisor that the mechanic road tested the truck and could not duplicate the issue i described and for which there are numerous TSBs out regarding the shudder. problem was the drop off mileage and pickup mileage were identical. They never drove the truck. They just lied about road testing it. More

The reason I’m doing so in Terry’s case is because I found him and the service he provided to be exceptional. Other service reps, and not just Criswell’s, have, with only a couple of exceptions, treated me respectfully and professionally. But I have also felt like I was just another customer (which I understand that is what I am). However, Terry treated me like more than a customer, more like a friend. More

After they looked at vehicle they could t find anything noticeable but also said the proper techs weren’t available on Saturday and Jared asked me to come back during the week. They didn’t even make me pay for the diagnostic since I’d be coming back and can pay them instead of being charged twice. Jared also gave me great advice for the warranty company. Look forward to coming back. They seem friendly and honest so hopefully that continues at my next visit More
