Really disappointed in the lack of a return phone call regarding service for the 2014 Equinox we purchased. Still waiting for a call back from the original December 9 2019 call. My 2018 truck needed service and was told to go to service and ask for Dina and she told me she didn’t have time for me and threw her arms up and walked away. My family and friends have always used cr service and ask for Dina and she told me she didn’t have time for me and threw her arms up and walked away. My family and friends have always used criswell for our chevys, jeeps and Honda’s; over twenty cars and it’s because of Richard Beckett. Richard is the only salesman I trust to buy a car from and it’s unfortunate that I’m questioning ever buying from criswell again because of Dina in service. More

GM Warranty Fraud Took my 2016 Colorado there for the well known transmission shudder. After few days I picked it up was told by the service advisor that the mechanic road tested the truck and could not duplicate the issue i described and for which there are numerous TSBs out regarding the shudder. problem was the drop off mileage and pickup mileage were identical. They never drove the truck. They just lied about road testing it. More

Other service reps, and not just Criswell’s, have, with only a couple of exceptions, treated me respectfully and professionally. But I have also felt like I was just another customer (which I understand that is what I am). However, Terry treated me like more than a customer, more like a friend. More

After they looked at vehicle they could t find anything noticeable but also said the proper techs weren’t available on Saturday and Jared asked me to come back during the week. They didn’t even make me pay for the diagnostic since I’d be coming back and can pay them instead of being charged twice. Jared also gave me great advice for the warranty company. Look forward to coming back. They seem friendly and honest so hopefully that continues at my next visit More

I brought my Camaro with AC issues last year, and later contacted Dina for an issue with the engine through phone and was both times 100% impressed by her prompt response, particularly, how well she kept me informed about each things that was going on with fixing the car AC, which is something I have never come across any Auto repair shop. Dina is the type of person, any employers need if they are planning to run an excellent successful business.excellent service, very impressed, all the best! More
