I was upfront from the beginning that I already had financing through my personal bank and only wanted to discuss out-the-door pricing. Richard respected that completely — there was never any pressure, upselling, or unnecessary sales tactics, which I truly appreciated. He worked hard to help me get the deal I wanted on my new 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T Plus, and the entire purchase process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. He even made sure the battery was fully charged and the gas tank was full before I left. What impressed me even more was the customer service after the sale.
