In all my years of purchasing a car, this was the most relaxing experience. Leon made the experience painless. If I could leave the service department 0 star, I would. They are incompetent and they do not take responsibility for what they have done. It happened to me with two cars! First time was 8 years ago that I They are incompetent and they do not take responsibility for what they have done. It happened to me with two cars! First time was 8 years ago that I brought my car for oil change and after I got the car back it was leaking oil. I had to go through their corporate to make them accept their error and fix their mess. The same happened again this week with another car! After 8 years, I thought I should give them a chance and do a simple oil change with these guys. That was a mistake!!! They did again! At least they are consistent! They are consistently screwing up and bad at what they are supposed to do! Never again I would go to this place and I recommend nobody should go either. More

I had such a great experience at Criswell FIAT Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and FIAT in Gaithersburg, MD. I made a call in the morning, stopped by on March 21 to check out the 2024 Toyota RAV4 and got Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and FIAT in Gaithersburg, MD. I made a call in the morning, stopped by on March 21 to check out the 2024 Toyota RAV4 and got to talk to Kevin Ferguson, one of their pre-owned sales consultants. Kevin was very nice and helpful right from the start. I came back on March 25 and ended up buying an awesome 2024 Toyota RAV4 with only about 16,000 miles on it—practically new! One of the biggest reasons I went through with the purchase was because of Kevin. He was patient, respectful, and always made time to answer my questions thoroughly. His attitude and service made the whole process smooth and easy. Plus, I was thrilled to finalize this purchase before the possible car price increase, which just added to my relief and happiness! I’m really happy with my new ride and the whole experience. I’d absolutely recommend Kevin and this dealership to anyone looking for a car—I'll definitely be sending my friends and family their way!
