I stopped into the dealership casually one day last week to look at minivans, since I was thinking of replacing my Dodge Caravan, but had done no 'research' yet. During the process, Bob took time with me, did not pressure me, and encouraged me to figure out what features I wanted so he could find the perfect vehicle for me. A few days later I ended up purchasing a vehicle from the Criswell inventory with more features than I needed but I feel I got a fair price. In the meantime, I had evaluated all the Town & Country inventory in the area and knew there were quite a few dealers with from whom I could purchase this Cherry Red van to my specs, but I felt a loyalty to Criswell due to the time they spent and the good service and friendliness they showed me.
