He also was organized and astute in his approach. My family found it refreshing that he wasn’t monotone or bland during paperwork. He was actually humorous & polite, made us feel like we were right at home. We’ll definitely be back to buy at least our next 2-3 cars from Criswell Honda if Tommy’s there. We are getting to used to the many bells and whistles that this vehicle has and our salesman, Anthony Voisenet has been extremely helpful via email and in person explaining the features..
