Sent an inquiry to Criswell Honda and within minutes received an email from Sean Na Found a car on Car Gurus that met the criteria I was looking for. Sent an inquiry to Criswell Honda and within minutes received an email from Sean Nazemian. He provided the status of the car (was being detailed) and told me he would let me know when it was available to see. Within a day I was at the dealership, Sean had the car ready for a test drive, and we proceeded to work out a deal. Only hassles were the usual "I have to ask my manager" (though this is dealer protocol, not Sean's fault) and the 25-30 minutes spent in the finance office (it's almost as bad as a house settlement). We made a deal that worked for both of us and I drove off with the car within two days of seeing it pop up on the internet. Sean also followed up on an issue with the towing hitch from my trade-in car. More
