He provided the status of the car (was being detailed) and told me he would let me know when it was available to see. Within a day I was at the dealership, Sean had the car ready for a test drive, and we proceeded to work out a deal. Only hassles were the usual "I have to ask my manager" (though this is dealer protocol, not Sean's fault) and the 25-30 minutes spent in the finance office (it's almost as bad as a house settlement). We made a deal that worked for both of us and I drove off with the car within two days of seeing it pop up on the internet. Sean also followed up on an issue with the towing hitch from my trade-in car. More
