Beyond great My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a flat tire in a snowstorm, I exited at Father Hurley Blvd and pulled into a shopping center. My wife found the the Honda dealer in Germantown on her non- GPS phone. A patient woman ( Tina? or Tania?) in service figured out where we were from the names of the shops and gave us directions to Criswell Honda. When we pulled into the service dept.,a young white man quickly directed me to an area where the tires could be checked and inflated. My wife went to the customer lounge. An older black man checked our tires and inflated all of them to the proper pressure. He then reset the tire pressure warning light. He was very efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous. There was no charge and no paperwork. I moved our 2014 Accord outside and went to the customer lounge to get my wife. Our only complaint is that the service was done so quickly that my wife did not have time to finish her delicious coffee. We will be returning to Wash. this year and dropping off a plate of cookies for the service dept. if we can find Amaranth Drive again. More

I communicated with the salesperson who reached out to me, and made an appointment to test drive. I rolled up and saw the car--looked sharper than I expected! Phil Meilleur was the salesperson I had dealt with over the web, and he was there to greet me. This is A-1 service from a salesperson, can't say enough good about Phil. Drove the car, loved it, bought it with my bank's pre-approved bank check. Phil even set my iPhone to the car bluetooth! Since I was driving a rental after an accident, he arranged to have it returned and I drove out and home in the Accord Hybrid. Thanks Phil! Love the car, and really appreciate your help. The car I bought was priced MUCH higher at other dealerships and Kevin & Rameez worked the price to the dollar I was looking to spend. Rameez told me that their goal was customer satisfaction.
